If none of our ideas feel right, tell us why within 7 days of your report. We’ll find new ones within 48 hours, free. Or, if you’d rather, you can have a full refund instead. It’s one or the other, and your choice. The promise covers our ideas; stock, prices, delivery and returns stay with the retailer you buy from.
We’re two people doing this by hand, so we take a small number of Christmas Lists each week. If this week’s are full, we’ll tell you when we reply and offer the next start date.
