No. Every brief is read by Rio or Nicole, every idea is found and checked by hand, and every word of your report and Reveal Card is written by one of us. If that ever changed, we’d tell you here the same day.

No. You buy directly from the shop using our links, so you stay in control of the spend, and delivery and returns stay with the retailer. We do the thinking; you get the credit.

We reply to every brief within 24 hours to confirm and send your payment link. Once you’ve paid and said “Start now”, The One arrives within 3 days and The Christmas List within 4 days of your last brief.

Click “Start my Christmas List” and send one brief per person. It takes about 5 minutes each, and after each brief there’s a button to add the next person. We bring them together into one report and send a single payment link for the whole list.

The Christmas List: brief by Monday 7 December and paid by Wednesday 9 December, with your report by Sunday 13 December. The One: brief by Friday 11 December and paid by Sunday 13 December, with your report by Wednesday 16 December. That leaves you time to order. Gift vouchers are available until 6pm on Wednesday 23 December.

The Right Gift Promise covers that. Tell us why within 7 days and we’ll find new ideas within 48 hours, free, or give you a full refund instead. It’s your choice.

You have 14 days from the day you order to cancel, by emailing thegiftconciergeuk@gmail.com. Because gift deadlines are tight, our reply asks whether you’d like us to start straight away. If you reply “Start now”, you’re asking us to begin within your cancellation period and accepting that once your report is delivered you lose the right to cancel.

If you cancel before we deliver, we’ll refund you minus a proportionate amount for the work already done. An unused gift voucher can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of buying it. The Right Gift Promise applies whatever happens.
