We started The Gift Concierge because we’re the people our friends already ask. Nicole reads people: what they value, what would make them feel seen. Rio lives in the details, comparing, checking and finding the one that actually fits.
Every brief is read by one of us and every report is signed off by both. No algorithm. Just us, a lot of tabs, and your notes.
